The Combination Masthead (Steaming) & Anchor Light is only used as a masthead (225°), anchor light, or as an navigation light. To use as an anchor light, the masthead light needs to be turned on as well as the stern (135°) navigation light giving a 360° (225° + 135°) all around anchor navigation light. It should be mounted atop the mast with a 360° circle without obstructions.

The Combination LED White Masthead & Anchor Light is a three (3) wire installation and uses two (2) separate printed circuit boards (one for the masthead and the other for the anchor light). Both must be turned on for the anchor light to be operational.

The Black wire is battery negative (minus) common to both red and white wires. Red wire is battery positive (plus) and is switched on or off for the masthead (225°, steaming) light. White wire is battery positive (plus) and is switched on or off for the stern (135°) light and is used only when used as an anchor light.
